The helpfulness and good vibe of the volunteers working...

The helpfulness and good vibe of the volunteers working there! It's a great value for money for one night in/out Puerto princesa, besides a light breakfast is included. There is a plenty of good and cheap places to eat around. 40 min walk to the airport fully loaded!

The economic dorm is extremely small. The curtain let all the light in. The roaster starts to sing in the middle of the night (not for light sleepers).There is no lockers. There was no water the time I was there due to some issue in the city.

Cosy hostel in Puerto Princesa

The vibe was really nice and the staff they were volunteers and really sweet. There is beer on the fridge and cheap

Just the fact that they didn't have a shower.. The shower was there but no water.. Was not they fault.. Twere is a big dry in Puerto Princesa and just how has water pombs can reach the water easily.

The hostel is really close to the airport which was good for me. You can also use the kitchen and the staff is super nice and helpful.

It could have been a bit more clean but other than that there's nothing to complain.

Disappointing, No buts and if, they should improve. The inn is in the city not in resort or island.

Nothing, the location is not conducive specially if you are not familiar with the place. Road is rough, dark and eerie.

Location, no aircon and hotwater (not even shower). There are other hotel, b&b, inn etc., around the area wich same rate but complete amenities. Like Liane's Place, Badjao Inn and Pagdayon.

Great staff and potential but dirty.

The staff were very very helpful getting us on a tour and the breakfast was great. Nice and close to the airport as well. This place could be great if they took a bit of pride in the cleanliness.

Basic accommodation doesn't make an excuse for dirty accommodation. There were years old looking cob webs on the fan, mould on the shower curtain, cockroaches, ants, worms on the floor and a LOT of mosquitos in the bathroom, due to the window being a hole in the wall with no mosquito cover. There wasn't a proper curtain for the bedroom meaning people could look through (zero privacy, we had to use a bedsheet to cover the window) and the fan didn't even point to the bed making it a bit pointless. We've stayed in lots of basic accommodation over s.e Asia and this was the worst by far cleaniniess

The hostel vibe is very much alive here.

The hostel vibe is very much alive here. The volunteers (Ellie, Alex, Pablo, and Joy) do a great job to make everyone feels welcome. The common area near the reception has a homey feel that makes everyone sociable. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights, but I ended up extending for another 2. Shoutout to Kayleigh, Ondrej, Gerit, Julie, Sandra, Jan, Trish, Chad, and everyone I met there! :)))

The bathroom situation can be improved but it’s negligible

Simply do not stay here

Nothing, it was one of my worst stays up to now.

The location was bad, upon arrival two ladies who were not friendly did my check in, l paid for a private room which was dirty, fan was very noisy, breakfast with one cup of coffee which was not hot enough, more you can not ask. There was a kitchen that you cannot use at all, it was for staff only. They said they were travellers who were working there not to pay for their stay, so they enjoy the only facility (kitchen) and they treat you in an arrogant manner. I did not feel myself as a guest but as if lam a refuge. I highly suspect the positive comments were written by these people and they are misleading...

Double room

Staff friendly and helpful, room and bathrooms clean, location pretty good (10 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from bus station, 15 minutes from centre), reasonable accommodation for the price. It is definitely made for people to meet during their travelings and have fun together.

The only negative comment I have to say is that it is not a type of accommodation where you can relax easily. In the nights it was very noisy as the other guest were in the hall and having fun pre or after party (maybe it was just wrong position of our room that we heared absolutely everything and it was hard to sleep).

Amazing staff!

Amazing staff! Ivan helped us with getting a tour, bustickets and advised us about nice places to eat. They serve a simple but good breakfast. On Sunday pancakes and on the other days fresh bread from the bakery and an egg. Also, we had a big locker in our room !

The only thing was that the floor in our room, and the bathroom weren't very clean.

Only passed through for one night but it was fantastic.

Only passed through for one night but it was fantastic. Treffpunkt was walking distance from everything I needed. The staff were super helpful and friendly and gave me great tips for where to go and where to eat. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

„Flughafennähe

Die Hilfestellung des Personals für meine weitere Reise. Sowie die Nähe zum Flughafen .

Das unmittelbare drumherum sieht nicht unbedingt nach wohlfühlviertel aus.. Auch im Hostel selbst fühlte ich mich sehr eingeengt . Würde es definitiv nicht mehr buchen.

„Nicht empfehlenswert

Sauberkeit da man die Schuhe draussen lassen muss.

Ich bin abends angekommen und war dort nur zum übernachten. Trotz der Wärme war die Dusche kalt und Duschkopf funktionierte nicht, also ich musste mit dem Eimer "duschen". Internet ist mit auf 200MB am Tag begrenzt und wenn man mehr surfen will, muss man Zahlen. Mein Kontingent war schnell zu Ende da ich Bilder über Whatsapp erhalten habe (zwar nur 5 Bilder, aber wo sollte mein Freund her Wissen, dass das für mich benachteilend wäre?). Ich war im gemischten Bettsaal für 4 Personen, mit Ventilator. Es war extrem eng und stickig. Frühstück sollte ab 6:30 geben, das war gar nicht der Fall, also bin dann ohne Frühstück zum Flughafen gefahren (übrigens da ist auch kein Wlan). Man darf auch mit eine Tasse Kaffee oder Tee kostenlos Trinken, wer mehr will, der muss zahlen. Warum wird das nicht in der Hostel Beschreibung nicht erwähnt? Es gibt vielleicht 2 Restaurants in der nähe, sehr dunkle Strassen aber es schien nicht gefährlich zu sein. Würde das Hostel nicht empfehlen.

„Ein Hostel wie man es sich vorstellt!

Das Personal war super nett, hilfsbereit und trinkfreudig! Es wurde einem bei allem geholfen, seien es Tipps für Unternehmungen, Transporte oder einfach eine nette Gesellschaft am Abend. Es waren auch viele andere nette Traveller im Hostel! :)

Unser privates Doppelzimmer hatte leider keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur 2 Ventilatoren. Es war aber auszuhalten.

No cumplió nuestras expectativas.

La proximidad al aeropuerto en tricycle. Hay varios restaurantes cerca. Limpieza.

El staff es inexistente. Llegamos tarde, no sabían ni si habíamos pagado la estancia. Solicitamos desayunar antes de la hora, ya que teníamos que coger un vuelo temprano al siguiente día y no sabían darnos respuesta. Preguntamos como podíamos hacer para llegar al aeropuerto y la gente no tenía ni idea. Ni siquiera sabían donde estaba la llave de la habitación! Es como si no hubiese nadie responsable del hostel. Mucho calor, con un ventilador en el techo apuntando hacia la puerta. Imposible descansar. Definitivamente, mejor dormir en el aeropuerto como pudiésemos.

Excelente relacion calida precio, muy aconsejable sobre todo para solos, te sientes acogido.

La ubicación, la limpieza, la cama muy cómoda y sobre todo la amabilidad de la dueña y Marvin que me ayudaron en todo.

No tiene agua caliente en la ducha.
